This abstract sculpture was inspired by a tree. I was drawn to the image because of the way he used lines to create a sense of movement. The tree almost looks as if it's swaying in the wind. He used curved lines at the top in order to create the fullest, bushiest part of the tree. At the base of the sculpture, there are realistic leaves imprinted. These give the abstract sculpture a touch of real life, which I believe adds to the overall image.
