"Remembering Monet"
Maritza Cantero Farrell

This painting that was dispalyed was one of my favorite pieces in the exhibit. It was a simple scene of lily pads and the use of color was what I liked the most. The soft blue tones in contrast with the brighter pinks used for the flowers was excellent. It was the kind of art I am most familiar with, i.e scenery, portraits.
